My work integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and behavioral chaining, which means we don’t just talk about the fights—you’ll learn exactly where and how things go wrong, and what skills will actually help you shift those moments in real time. We focus on building:

This approach strengthens attachment security, deepens emotional connection, and fosters understanding—so you’re not just solving problems but actually feeling closer to each other.
I also pull from The Gottman Method, particularly strategies that support conflict de-escalation, deeper friendship, and long-term relationship resilience. Whether you’re navigating monogamy, polyamory, shifting dynamics, or something in between, we’ll work together to strengthen what’s already good and heal what’s been hard.
