Couple's Therapy

If you and your partner(s) keep having the same arguments, struggling to feel like you’re on the same team, or navigating shifting relationship dynamics, you don’t just want to “fix” the fights—you want to actually enjoy your relationship again.


My core as a Dialectical Behavioral Therapist  (DBT) comes into play by dissecting real life moments and pulling out underlying emotions and beliefs at play, and providing alternate skills to help the interaction flow more smoothly.


In addition to DBT, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which emphasizes understanding and reshaping emotional responses within the relationship, focusing on creating secure attachment bonds by promoting empathy, and strengthening your connection.


I don’t just hand out communication tips—I help you shift the deeper patterns shaping your conflicts so that you can move forward feeling more connected, understood, and secure in your relationship.
