My 12-week intensive isn’t just “open-ended talk therapy.” It’s a structured, strategic approach designed for people who are self-aware, ambitious, and exhausted from carrying too much.
This intensive is built around the DBT concept of behavioral chaining, a structured approach to identifying, dissecting, and shifting the behaviors that keep you stuck. Each week, we zoom in on real-life moments where things didn’t go how you wanted—whether it was a communication breakdown, falling back into old habits, or an emotional reaction you later regretted. From there, we map out exactly what happened, what was at play under the surface, and what skill would have changed the outcome.
We start by identifying what’s keeping you stuck and then systematically disrupt the cycles that aren’t serving you. This isn’t about surface-level coping skills—it’s about real behavioral change. You’ll learn to track your patterns, break them down with precision, and implement tools that actually shift how you think, react, and engage with your life.
Through this, we build your ability to:

That said, deeper work—like unraveling long-standing trauma responses, fully rewiring self-worth struggles, or repairing deep relational wounds—takes more time. While this intensive helps you break the cycle and build momentum, long-term therapy allows for more processing, integration, and nervous system recalibration. If you want to continue working beyond the 12 weeks, we can transition into deeper exploration of the beliefs and relational dynamics that have shaped your patterns.
