Radically Better Therapy

Evidence-based therapy that meets you where you are—and gets you where you want to go.

You've spent your life pushing through, figuring it out, and handling it all—so why does it still feel like it's never enough?

If overthinking, self-doubt, and hyper-independence have you running on empty, therapy isn't just about coping—it's about breaking the cycle for good.

Therapy should work for you—not the other way around. You don’t have to squeeze yourself into a model that wasn’t built for you or filter parts of yourself to “do therapy right.”

You don’t have to choose between success and sanity.

You don’t have to burn out chasing your big, multi-passionate dreams.

You don’t have to settle for relationships that feel like just another responsibility.

I work with highly self-aware, deep-feeling overfunctioners who are done with surface-level advice. You don’t need vague encouragement or a list of coping skills that don’t fit your life. You need a clear, structured way to understand why you’re stuck and how to move forward.

My approach-rooted in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and behavioral chaining- takes your present experiences week by week to dissect the patterns keeping you stuck and build skills that help you handle stress, navigate conflict, and move through challenges with clarity instead of chaos.

Imagine quieting the mental chatter, softening the self-criticism, and finally feeling at home within yourself.

Imagine if each milestone felt like something to celebrate, not just another box to check.

Imagine waking up with a sense of ease and excitement, rather than dread and obligation.

Let's make that future your reality.

Common Questions

  • Do you take insurance?

I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. However, many clients use their out-of-network benefits to get reimbursed 50-80% for sessions.

  • How does out-of-network reimbursement work?

If your insurance offers out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be able to get partial reimbursement for therapy. I provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance. You can also use a service like Mentaya to handle the process for you.

  • Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?

Currently I am only offering virtual services to clients in the state of Pennsylvania. Workshops and Classes are offered virtually, but can be attended by anyone in any state.

  • What types of clients do you work with?

I have 10 years of experience working with diagnoses such as:

    ✅ Anxiety

    ✅ Depression

    ✅ PTSD / CPTSD

    ✅ Borderline Personality Disorder

    ✅ ADHD

    ✅ Autism

    ✅ Bipolar II

    ✅ OCD

But I believe you are so much more than a diagnosis.

I specialize in working with highly self-aware, deep-feeling over-functioners—the ones who are exhausted from overthinking, self-doubt, and doing everything alone. If you feel like success keeps coming at the cost of your sanity, therapy can help you break that cycle.

I provide judgment-free, affirming therapy for both individuals and couples, including those who are:

    🌈 LGBTQ+

    🔄 Polyamorous /non-monogamous

    💼 Sex workers

🖤 Engaged in kink or alternative relationship dynamics

No matter your background or identity, your experiences are valid, and you deserve a space where you can be fully seen, supported, and understood.

  • I’ve tried therapy before, and it didn’t help. How will this be different?

A lot of therapy focuses on insight—but insight alone doesn’t change behavior. My approach combines deep self-awareness with real, practical strategies to help you shift patterns, not just talk about them.

I integrate DBT and Trauma-Informed CBT to help you understand the beliefs driving your actions and make behavioral shifts that align with your experience. Somatic Experiencing supports your nervous system in easing into change—so you don’t shut down while moving toward the life you truly want.

  • Can I contact you between sessions?

Yes—within boundaries! I offer portal support   where you can reach out for a resource discussed in session, to leave a note for future reference, or for scheduling concerns.

For clients in my 12-week intensive, additional messaging support is available for extra accountability and guidance as you implement skills and navigate challenges between sessions.

Regardless of your level of support, you can expect a response via the portal Monday through Saturday, typically between 9 AM and 11 AM. If you message after 11 AM, I can’t guarantee a response until the following day.

If you need more than a quick check-in, we can discuss scheduling an extra session for additional support.

🚨 The portal cannot be used for emergencies. If an emergency arises, please call 911 and follow the crisis plan we created together at intake.

  • Do you offer free consultations?

Yes! Too often, people go through all the scheduling, paperwork, and a full session—only to realize the therapist isn’t the right fit (and now you’re out the cost of that session).

That’s why I offer free 15-minute consultations to see if my approach feels right for you and to help you choose the level of support that best fits your needs.

To schedule a consultation, just fill out the inquiry form for the service you’re most interested in. That way, I can come prepared, and we can dive right in.

  • What kind of results can I expect from therapy?

Therapy isn’t about quick fixes, but it also shouldn’t feel like you’re endlessly talking without real change.

In my 12-week intensive, we focus on breaking out of stuck patterns, building concrete skills, and making tangible shifts in how you show up in your life and relationships. Whether it’s burnout, boundaries, emotional regulation, or relationship dynamics, this structured approach helps you see real progress early on—so you leave therapy with more than just insight.

For many clients, the initial 12 weeks provide the foundation, and from there, we can shift into longer-term work to process deeper patterns, trauma, or underlying emotional blocks. Some clients find that 12 weeks is enough to get them where they want to be, while others continue at a slower pace to solidify change and work through the deeper layers of what’s shaped them.

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, but this approach ensures you’re moving forward with clarity, not just circling the same struggles.
